Ate out the at a Turkish meze bar the other evening, In the starter meze I had a very spicy sausage that the waiter told me was Chicken beyti, I have had this in a skinless variety before but this was the first time that I'd seen it in sausage form, it was superb if not a little on the spicy side. Have any of you good people out there seen a recipe for this?
