Hi I am going to a Spanish themed evening at weekend and have decided to make a fresh sausage to be cooked on the barbecue I have some spicy chorizio that I plan to include in the mix but am debating whether to stick some olives into the mix any suggestions would be most welcome.
I don't remember any local fresh sausage here that includes olives, though it may exist... I would personally eat the olives directly and include other seasonings in the sausage
