I'm a retired swab with nothing much to do, so I've picked up a few pass times. I live in Ky. USA so there a plentiful number of wild hogs and deer. I started making jerky and sausage last night and have run into several questions. As I persue this hobby I'll have many more. Anyway I'm just a newbie. Bear with me please.
