Identifying Cure#1 & Cure#2

Hey Guys

Need some help - a long time back, I bought some spice from Crown National to make some variation of emulsified Sausage - can't remember exactly what is was, anyways it was a failure and I left the idea alone. The spice expired eventually but I managed to keep the Cure that came with it.

I've decided to give this another go

    My first question is is can I use the Cure that came with my Spice Pack - do they ever expire?

    Secondly, how do i know which cure it is - I vaguely remember the Spice I bought was specifically for Cooked Sausage.

    Lastly, is the cure just mixed in with the rest of the spice?

There's too many ifs here for my liking.

My advice is to by some new cure.
