Pork and tomato sausage?

When I was a kid my grandad used to buy some excellant pork and tomato sausage from his local butcher in High Green South Yorkshire.
Does any one have a good recipe that they would like to share?

If you want to use tomato in your sausage, try using some tomate puree (also know as tomato paste), or even some sun-dried tomatoes.
