Mini Pork Pies

Was doing a search for a traditional English pork pie, (and I'm still searching), but was wondering if anyone makes them in individual serving size? Like in cupcake tins? I thought I saw it posted before but never found it with a search.

I'm sorry to say the holidays are fast approaching (for me anyways) and I think if I had a great recipe for a pork pie in finger food size, it would be a notch above appetizer for a get-together.

Oh did I mention I never made a pork pie before. So any advise is welcomed.

thanks, back to searching the archives

Sounds like a neat idea.

Here are some small ones made in muffin tins......

I've never made or eaten pork pies either. I'm interested.

Thanks Martin, that's along the line of what I was looking for. I have a good Cumberland recipe I pinched from here, but would love to hear what the pro pie'ers think
