I'm looking for a Supplier of Sausage Casings here in Thailand i live in Pattaya not far from Bangkok but i am finding it hard to find a supplier over here or a Supplier in the u.k. who will send out to me Casings in thailand,

is there any member who has any info where i can obtain this item so i can start my Sausage making business.

I'm looking for Casings for Cumberland and Breakfast Sausage size

Go to the fresh market and check around, you will find them there easily, if not that day just ask for them and they will supply. I just call my guy at our local market and the next morning I get them fresh via motorcycle delivered at the house! You also just missed the FoodTec show at Bitec in Bankok, you should check the show schedules and visit these at least once to get a good supplier base set up, but for fresh meats, best to use a good source at the fresh market located close to you.
