Turkey Nibbles (WINGS) -Help - What to do with?

Postby ddmaan2 » Mon Dec 06, 2010 1:01 am

I have just been given 2 kilos of turkey nibbles as we call them or wings, so was wondering if any body has any good ideas or recipes for them. All help very much appreciated thanks.

i suppose there is a reason someone pawned off 5 pounds of turkey wings [nibbles]. i am not familiar with nibbles. are these just the complete wings ie meat, skin and bones? are they deboned and deskinned?
other than vegetable soup or doggie treats, i have no hot ideas other than the following:
turkey tetrazinni from the meat only. the flavor of turkey is pretty well hidden with this dish.

Perhaps you could do them like very large Buffalo Wings, or wings in bbq sauce?

Maybe even adapt a Chinese spare rib recipe?

Or even a turkey lollipop?

The Turkey Lollipop looks to be the go!
Cheers Dave

No one is completely useless, they can always serve as a bad example!
