This forum cannot host photos, so you will need to upload them to a photo hosting site then either link to them or copy from there.

You first need to resize the pictures to around 600px wide. Then upload to your host - Photobucket (I believe) in your case. Open the phot and on the RH side of the page are 4 Photo Hosting Links. Copy either of the IMG or DIRECT links and just paste it into your post here.
