Humidity in wine cooler

Im just setting up a wine cooler chamber, been messing with it to see what im working with, lowest temp i can get it to be stable is 42F, it will go to about 36F during the night on its lowest setting.
Today i got my Hygrometer, with the cooler set at 50F its reading 40% on the hygrometer, (there are 3 small bottles of pepsi in there)
Outside here today its 78F and 27% humidity, should i do further tests with the cooler or just go and buy a humidifier now

If 27% is your normal ambient humidity it seems likely that a humidifier may come in useful.

Looks like i may need both a humidifier and a dehumidifier

I did turn up the temp on the cooler today, temp sitting at 60F, Humidity is 46% in there, outside is 79F/37%
