I saw the program, I have to admit I thought he overstuffed his sausages and there was a lot of splitting on the clip lol
but recipe wise, I've checked the website and sadly they havent posted the recipe ( I was hoping for the sea bass recipe but that isnt on there either.
I will be trying the pork loin though soon, looked lovely!

Well, I ran the "F" word tape and the ingredients for Gordons sausages were :
Pork Mince thyme Sage Apple Onion Wholegrain Mustard I think you may have to play about with this to get it right and there was no mentioning of salt or pepper. Hope this helps Roy

Thanks Roy. We'll give it a whizz in the near future and let you all know how it goes. Having said that, we have just made another two batches, one Cumberland and one using someone else's best guess at the F word recipe. They are both shockingly nice.
